In 1998 a range of grape varietals were planted totalling 18 hectares (45 acres) including Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier.

Since 2003, small parcels of fruit have been hand selected to produce the staple of Hillbillé wines - the Estate and Reserve range.

TASTING NOTE

Attractive lime green hue with precise clarity. Perfumes of freshly cut white-grapefruit, nashi pears and delicate scents of hazelnuts greet.
